Painter/Laborer

Stevens & Strain Painting, INC. is a family owned and operated construction company located in Titusville, FL. We are looking to hire motivated individuals. We offer full time work . 7:00 - 3:30 Monday - Friday. We have very competitive wages and options for overtime as needed. Our team takes pride in attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We would like nothing more than to add a few more team members with the same goals. Must have professional painting experience.

Job Description:

• Painting and finishing of interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and other structures.
• Preparing surfaces for coating by scraping, sanding, scraping, cleaning, etc.
• Using various tools to apply various coatings to surfaces.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Working with chemicals in the process of painting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining a high degree of quality.
• Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining a high degree of quality.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in carpentry, drywall, caulking, trim carpentry, and stucco applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Commercial painting: 1 year (Preferred)
